BEAT MONDAY BLUES WITH MORNING MUFFINS

Breakfast is the most important time to get your day off to a healthy and delicious start. Like many of You, I have a sound practice of “No Breakfast- No School/Office” at home. This is vital for everyday, but Mondays are special. While being a beautiful opportunity for an exciting week, Mondays are often linked with blues! According to The Telegraph, 'Monday morning is so depressing you won't crack a smile until 11.16 am.  Half of us will be late for work on Monday after struggling to get up after the weekend, according to researchers.' Then, if there is a load of preparing the breakfast, mostly it  falls in to-be-ignored list. You might have a tight schedule to start with, feeling lazy to cook in the morning or after a delicious Sunday, it might just not appeal to go back to staple oats/eggs.
